Menu July and August 2025

​SUMMER MENU IN JULY AND AUGUST - ALSO THURSDAYS

In July and August, we offer a super delicious seafood menu. For the menu, we have prepared an exciting premium wine list with 5 different wines, which perfectly complements each dish. ​

SEAFOOD MENU IN SUMMER:

  • Faroese salmon, fennel, orange, fried capers.

  • Scallop in garlic butter, potato puree, pistachios.

  • Lime-marinated tiger prawns, fresh green salad, sesame, sweet chili sauce.

  • Baked cod, prawns, white wine sauce, spinach, butter-cooked baby potatoes.

  • Homemade ice cream with whiskey-flambeed fresh fruit, chocolate, macaroons.

(The main course can be replaced with beef tenderloin in red wine sauce. This must be requested at the time of booking).

Price: 750 DKK (with beef tenderloin as the main course: 795 DKK)

In July, you can book the seafood menu on these weekends:

10, 11, and 12 July

17, 18, and 19 July

24, 25, 26, and 27 July

31 of July and August 1 and 2

We are closed on July 28 and 29 at Víngarðinum. ​

We are also happy to offer you this menu on other days than the above if you are at least 10 people. ​ We can also offer you a table outside on the terrace if you wish. On the terrace, we also have a large tent if you prefer to be a little more private. We have patio heaters, rugs, and other amenities in the tent and on the terrace. ​
